Strawberries (Fresh or frozen) – 1 cup
Blueberries (Fresh or Frozen) – 1 cup
Blackberries (Fresh or Frozen) - 1 cup
Rhubarb – 3 cups
Maple Syrup or Agave – 2 cups
All Purpose flour – ¼ cup
Rolled Oats – 1 cup
Red Quinoa – 1 cup
Butter (melted) – 1 ½ cup
Brown sugar (packed) – 1 cup
All Purpose Flour – 1 ½ cup
1. Pre heat the oven to 375 F
2. In a Mixing bowl, mix together the berries, rhubarb, maple syrup and ¼ cup flour. Place the mixture in a baking sheet of your choice (either rectangle 9X13 or a round of similar capacity)
3. In another mixing bowl, mix together the oats, quinoa, butter, brown sugar and the rest of the flour till they are crumbly. Crumble on top of the Berry and rhubarb mixture.
4. Bake for 45 minutes in the oven or until crisp and lightly browned. Serve Hot with your choice of ice cream.
