Blueberries - 1 cup
Strawberries, chopped - 1cup
Raspberries - 1 cup
Blackberries - 1 cup
Jalapeno, seeded and chopped - 1tbsp
Red Onion, chopped - 1 cup
English Cucumber, chopped - 1 cup
Fresh Mint, chopped - 2 tbsp
Fresh Cilantro - 2 tbsp
Lime juice - 3 tbsp
Honey - 4 tbsp
Olive oil - 3tbsp
Salt & Pepper - To taste
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
2. Refrigerate for an hour, before serving. Ideally make this the day before.
