Chorizo Sliced – 16 slices
King Prawns, peeled – 16 ea
Lemon – 1 ea
Parsley, chopped – 1 tsp
Cilantro, chopped – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Garlic, crushed – 1/4 tsp
Smoked Paprika - 1/2 tsp
Olive oil – 1 tsp
1.Pre-heat oven to 350 F or your bbq Skewer the Shrimp and the chorizo together and place it on a baking sheet.
2. To make the gremolata, mix together the lemon juice, parsley, smoked paprika, cilantro, cumin powder, olive oil and garlic.
3. Pour it over the skewers and roast them for 5 minutes.
4. Serve Hot.
If you are using the BBQ, grill the skewers prior to dredging with the gremolata, otherwise the gremolata will burn on the bbq.
